SEB will discontinue the support of IE8 for C&I Online in June 2016

Microsoft will discontinue its support of Internet Explorer 8 and related security updates.

How does this affect me as a C&I Online user?

After June 2016 you will no longer be able to log in to C&I Online using the web browser IE8.

What do I need to do?

Your company need to set up a plan to migrate to one of our supported browsers. C&I Online support the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 9 and higher
Microsoft Edge (for Windows 10)
Safari on Mac
Safari iPhone/iPad
Chrome on Android
Why is SEB doing this?
From 12th January 2016, Microsoft will change its support policy for Internet Explorer and operating systems. As an example Microsoft will no longer support IE8. They will as a consequence stop providing security updates for IE8. Without any security updates from Microsoft you will no longer have adequate level of security and quality in your usage of the online channel C&I Online and hence we can no longer support the browser version.
