From 1 January 2019, Life & Investment Management was split into two separate divisions. Following these changes SEB has disclosed restated segment information for 2017 and 2018.

SEB has now five divisions:

  • Large Corporates & Financial Institutions
  • Corporate & Private Customers
  • Baltic
  • Life
  • Investment Management

Large Corporates & Financial Institutions

The division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions covers the operations of the former Merchant Banking as well as institutional clients’ business activities from the former Wealth Management division.

Corporate & Private Customers

The division Corporate & Private Customers serves small & medium-sized companies and private customers, including Private Banking, in Sweden.

Baltic

Banking and advisory services are provided in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to 1.8 million private customers and 130,000 small and medium-sized corporate customers through the network of 113 branch offices, online or through mobile solutions.
