In accordance with the rules in the Financial Instruments Trading Act, shareholders in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (”SEB”) are, among others, obliged to report certain major changes to their holding of shares in SEB, both to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and SEB.
Such report shall be submitted within a specific time limit when passing different thresholds of ownership and/or voting rights. The time limit for reporting, and the at each time current thresholds for major changes in ownership, are regulated by the law.
