We are looking for you who are passionate about IT and curious about working in a bank. We need you to help and challenge us! We are on an exciting digital journey and there are many new players in banking and finance so we need to be fast-paced and on our toes to find new solutions.
You have or are about to graduate with a degree in systems science, systems analysis, engineering or and an equivalent education. We value previous experience from IT, engineering and/or the banking & financial sector, but no longer than a year. Excellent skills in English are a prerequisite.
You are engaged, humble and eager to learn and take responsibility for your own development. You are solution-oriented with a strong drive and you like working in a team. You have great social skills.
The programme starts in September every year and runs for six months. The main purpose with the program is to help you learn a professional role and develop into a specialist in areas such as project management, integration and process development. The programme consists of three main parts:
- Learning your new professional role. You are hired into a specific role from the beginning where you will learn the job and develop skills to become a specialist.
- Participation in projects. In parallell to learning your new job, you will participate in different projects focusing on solving real business problems together with your programme colleagues. In the end of the program you will present the result of that work.
- Trainings. You will also have common training sessions with the other participants in the program and interact with colleagues from various parts of SEB.
