Are you a highly analytical, detail-oriented and proactive person who loves a change and strives for the best results? Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe, Cross-Business team is looking for a Business Developer to join our team.

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving and supporting Salesforce and data platform-related initiatives, while also ensuring the smooth implementation of services such as service plans, marketing consents, marketing offers and many others. You'll be part of a hands-on team where your ideas will help shape our future, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery of solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Specifying and aligning stakeholder requirements, considering the impact of expected deliveries on other bank processes and services
  • Supporting coordination with external partners, including preparation of materials and follow-up on agreed activities
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth data integrations and understanding how different systems connect
  • Testing improved/developed functionalities and analysing the results
  • Creating and updating essential documentation, such as procedure rules and training materials
  • Supporting colleagues with incident resolution, routine maintenance, and other team-related assistance
  • Assisting the Product Owner in business planning and optimizing backlog planning for maximum value
  • Executing sprint tasks autonomously to contribute to sprint goals and committed deliveries
Who we are looking for:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and effective cooperation skills, especially when working across teams and with external partners
  • The ability to manage priorities and workload effectively
  • Interest in working with data-driven solutions and platforms such as Salesforce
  • Fluency in English
  • An outgoing, positive, and can-do team player attitude
  • Experience in business analysis, product development or project management will be considered an advantage

2.700 € - 3.900 € a month

before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
