We are committed to continuously strengthening responsible business behaviours and sustainability competence among our employees. This commitment is driven by growing expectations and demands from customers across all segments, as well as from stakeholders such as investors and regulators.
We have long provided mandatory training in our Code of Conduct. In collaboration with the Stockholm Resilience Centre, SEB offers a global training programme on climate change, which is mandatory for all employees. Additionally, we deliver training in sustainable finance, developed in partnership with the United Nations. Tailor-made training sessions are also available for specific roles, such as customer executives and advisors, to support them in climate-related customer dialogues.
